Priorities

Over the past several years, our state has faced significant challenges – an economy in ruins from a failed tax experiment, a public health crisis the likes of which had never been seen before, and threats to our democracy and our fundamental rights to self-determination and autonomy. Together, we’ve faced these challenges head-on, and I believe we’ve come out stronger for it. But there is still much work to be done.

Kansas should be a state where everyone feels accepted for who they are, where each Kansan has access to affordable health care and a quality public education system. I will continue to work to be a part of a legislature that solves problems instead of creating them.

I am a mom of two daughters, a grandmother to five grandchildren, a widow, a retired preschool teacher, and an advocate for the 6th district. I hope you will join our campaign. We are all better together.
